Shipping / Delivery

All digital products are delivered as PDF files via email to the address used at the time of purchase. You will typically receive your download within a few minutes after your order is completed.

If you do not receive the PDF, please first check your spam or junk folder, as emails from automated systems can sometimes be filtered there. If you still cannot locate your file, contact me, and I’ll be happy to resend it. 

Refunds

I sincerely appreciate your business and want the items you order to be everything you expect. Since these are digital patterns, I’m not able to offer refunds or exchanges once the files have been purchased and downloaded. Please double-check the description before buying, and if you’re unsure about anything just send me a message — I’m always happy to help answer questions before you order!

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is very important to me. I will never sell or share your personal information. Any information you provide during checkout (such as your name, email, billing, or shipping details) will only be used to process your order and, if needed, to communicate with you about that order. Payment details are processed securely through the platform’s payment provider (for example, Etsy, PayPal, or Shopify) and I do not have access to your full payment information. I do not use your personal information for marketing purposes unless you have explicitly opted in to receive updates.

Terms of Service

I make every effort to describe my patterns and products as accurately as possible. I do my best to give the truest representation of color correctness, but cannot guarantee color accuracy as every monitor displays color a little bit differently. If you have any questions about anything available in this web shop, please let me know and I will do my best to give you any information I can about what to expect when purchasing either my original patterns and kits or accompanying supplies
